Terms of Service
Effective date: May 2026
1. About the Service
Media Console ("the Service", "we", "us") is an internal social media management platform that enables authorized staff members to draft, schedule, and publish content to connected social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok), review video content with AI assistance, and analyze post engagement. Access is granted exclusively to individuals authorized by the Service administrator.
2. Eligibility and Access
The Service is not open to the general public. Only staff members who have been explicitly invited and granted an account by an administrator may use it. By accessing the Service, you represent that you are an authorized user and that you will comply with these Terms.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose. You must not:
- Publish content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or violates the terms of any connected social media platform.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, systems, or data within the Service.
- Use the Service to send spam, phishing messages, or unsolicited bulk communications.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract source code from the Service.
- Use the Service in a way that violates applicable local, national, or international laws.
4. Your Responsibilities
- Credentials — you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your account with others.
- Content — you are solely responsible for any content you upload or publish through the Service.
- Platform compliance — when connecting social media accounts, you must comply with the terms of service of those platforms (Meta, TikTok, etc.).
- Permissions — you confirm that you have the necessary rights to publish any media files you upload.
5. Third-Party Services
The Service relies on third-party platforms including Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, OpenAI, and Amazon Web Services. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of these services. Your use of connected platforms is subject to their respective terms of service.
6. Intellectual Property
All rights in the Service software, design, and underlying technology are owned by or licensed to us. You retain ownership of any content you create and upload. By using the Service to publish content, you grant us a limited license to transmit that content to the relevant social media platforms on your behalf.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that published posts will appear on social media platforms without delay or failure. Use of the Service is at your own risk.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, failed posts, or social media account suspension. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
An administrator may suspend or revoke your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or for any other legitimate operational reason. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
